A wise women once said “The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.”
Exactly with this point in mind and the various challenges faced by our Divas, we came up with creating our own SWAT team. We don’t kill or fight crime but our SWAT team stands for Serving, Working and Advising Together.
We brought together a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs (brought together on a single platform by Biz Divas) to convene a focus group discussion on the challenges start-ups and first-time entrepreneurs face.
A bright Thursday morning saw various challenges come out in the open and it was amazing how all problems had solutions coming from within the group at the event.
Someone faced issues of marketing and scaling up while others faced issues like balancing between work and family while working from home. From establishing oneself in a new market to introducing an absolutely new product to the market. All very relevant and highly prevalent issues came up.
Each and every issue was studied and responded to beautifully by our experts – Manish Sinha, Ritesh Agarwal and Pooja Goyal.
While Manish took care of the marketing aspects, Ritesh gave in some young and fresh ideas with a bent towards all the new technologies we all were unaware of. Pooja gave strategy to the solutions and also brought in some experiences she faced as a woman entrepreneur.

The three experts and our very own BizDivas members gave in such amazing insights to all the problems that came up. It was a beautiful amalgamation of the freshness of ideas of those who are new to the business and those who have been there and done that. And yes, the 5 top contact exchange was a super hit !
The 1st SWAT session was a success and we’re sure to bring it back and yes it will be back with bang !
