As they rightly mention, Women Leadership is a joint responsibility. Both men and women have to understand that women go through a different life track and change things accordingly. Sameer Chadha feels that just talking women will not help, it my lead to feeling of reverse discrimination. Women should not be given “fast track” but equal track, justly allowing for the fact women have a different life cycles than men.
