#bd_inclusion is a monthly twitter chat series initiated by Biz Divas Foundation to voice the opinion of thought leaders on various complex issues driving Diversity & Inclusion in India Inc. We believe, each one of us is an influencer, a change maker. Twitter is a powerful social media tool connecting millions together, bringing together individual voice to create collective opinion, to be the change, to drive the change.
The first chat in the series was hosted on 30th October. The topic of discussion was ‘Building a Truly Inclusive Organization – Who is the Driver’. The chat was hosted by Shilpi Singh, Executive Coach, Biz Divas Foundation and Carol Sankar, renowned D&I consultant.
